How about a one hour stream once a week/month from some senior developer, who covers in this show all the stuff you need to know to get into developing for KDE?
Starting with the most basic things, like how the git repository is structured and the structure of the framework to explicit examples of work to do at the moment.

The watchers should be able to raise questions via chat and the whole show should be later available for watching on Youtube.
