I'd like to place a frame around the composite picture in a picture... is there an effect that will allow this?

Hi Wayne,
There may be ways to do this more elegantly, and I haven't tried it myself, but for a simple one-colour border you could probably make a colour clip a few pixels wider and taller than your picture-in-picture video. (Project>Add Colour Clip)

For example:
Track 1: Picture-in-picture video with Pan+Zoom Effect applied, Size 35 per cent
Transition: Affine
Track 2: Colour Clip with Pan+Zoom Effect applied, Size 36 per cent (you'll have to adjust the position to centre it around the picture-in-picture clip, and you'll also have to add a crop or distort effect, or else the side borders will be thicker than the top+bottom borders)
Transition:Affine
Track 3: Main Video, full size

Any better suggestions are also welcome, I haven't had to make a border before.
