Use two cascaded instances of select0r, and set "operation" in the second instance to "max".

I am not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve.

What I described above allows you to select two colors in the same clip.

Based on the screenshots above, I guess that you want transparency through more than one track layer? (The title about colors is a bit misleading?)

I am not sure this is possible directly (could be, I just don't know).

Indirectly, you can make the first level of transparency with two tracks, then save, and import the saved video as a new clip, onto which you then do the second level of transparency with the third track.

I make lego films (http://youtube.com/user/jmoey139), and so am making one with a rocket blasting into space. I would like one chroma key colour for the space background, and another chroma key colour for the rocket flames.
