Composite effect - no function

Composite effect - no function

Hallo!
Composite-effect don't do his job. The image isn't resized; there is just a border.
I have tried in several tracks - there fails to do.
Installed Debian Squeeze, Kdenlive 0.7.8.
Ubuntu too.

In the "keyframe timeline" widget in the effect panel, click the button "|<". Then, you can resize the rectangle on the preview monitor:
