At first I can't get any capture video from my web camera, it shows only "No Connected", probably settings are wrong

What i should change?, because just some minutes back it works fine!

And for making film GRAIN effect (it works fine), where source video is almost the same (640x480) I made that second image - it's fine :)
But I don't understand, why I can't get the same effect now, because there is that dam" pixelized effect now!!! (first image)

I have the same problem with my web cam - "Not connected". What parameters should be used?

Please try using another webcam app that can capture to a video file such as Cheese.
