is it possible to zoom an image in and out?

I tried the Composite transition but i only see a rotate.shear feature, the other one has the ability to resize an image but i am not able to animate it, im not sure if i miss something.

If you want more than only setting the start/end you can use keyframes in the composite transition.
Here's pretty good (and new) tutorial on how to use the composite transition:

The movements might be a bit jerky, but smooth movement is going to work with the next version of MLT. (Not in the composite trans but in the affine transition)
