Not sure if this is exactly the right forum, but I was wondering if anyone is aware of a way to automatically sync up two video tracks by their audio tracks? I'm going to be shooting a short film soon, and I'm planning on running two cameras, with a proper microphone running into one of them and the other using its onboard mic to pick up enough of the sound that I can match the two tracks up. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anyway in Kdenlive (or Cinelerra, for that matter) to accomplish this. Am I just missing something obvious, or is there just no way to do this with free software?
