Hello,

If I place a still image on the timeline that must be scaled to fit into the project (because the image is larger than 1920x1080), and then apply an effect, for example sharpen, is the effect applied before or after the scaling. The scaling happens automatically, so it's not immediately obvious whether it's occurring before or after the effects.
