Sliding a title clip in from below

Thu Oct 17, 2013 5:06 am
Basically, the title. How does one cause the title clip to slide in from below?

ETA: Just found the slide transition. I'll add, how to make it stop for some period of time after it has slid in?

Personally, I'm using the affine transition instead. Create two key frames, one at the beginning and one at the end of the transition. Then position your title clip accordingly, that is, below the rendered region in your first key frame, and centered in your last key frame. Set more keyframe if you want to fade out, move out of the rendering region, et cetera. Works like a charm and is much more versatile than the slide transition.

That's quite slick, thank you :)
