Ok, I need to resize my video after I rotate, so that the video fits on the screen. Using 'Rotate and Shear' effect, the size fields are greyed out. Any idea what I need to install or setup to get this working for me?

Thanks

You could add a pan and zoom effect.
But it is weird that the size is greyed out. It works for me

I think maybe I hadn't had the video clip selected/highlighted. (but if that were the case, then the whole 'Rotate and Shear' effect wouldn't display either)

Solution/Workaround (using 'Rotate (KeyFrameable)':

What I did was:
(1) do a resize prior to the rotate (not after). Something like 75%.
----Use effect 'Crop Scale and Position' and change the 'Scale X' and 'Scale Y' values to 75% their original values
(2) rotate using effect 'Rotate (KeyFrameable)'
----- to rotate clockwise 90 deg...... 'Rotate X' = 900
(3) Then, in the same 'Rotate (KeyFrameable)' effect, use the 'offset x' and 'offset y' to realign the rotated video to the center of the project monitor window:
----Offset X = (-)40
----Offset Y = (-)45
