There is an effect to move and resize images. Apply the effect to the clip and you can move the image anywhere.

Could you explain the problem more detailed? How do you apply the font, what kind of corruptness can you see after rendering?

What is the moving image effect called?
&
I go to Project >> Add Title Click and the corruption is just a file that doesn't play.

1. The effect is called "zoom and pan" if I remember correctly. You can search for effects by name, just enter a few characters into the search box that directly lives above the effect list.

2. You can't add font files to a project. If you want to use a specific font in a title clip in Kdenlive, you first need to install the font file (s) in your system. Please refer to KDE details and instructions how to do this. This is not a Kdenlive thing. For instance, you can install fonts using KDE's system settings. If you have done this, your font will be available to all applications, including Kdenlive. You can select your font from within the title editor when you create new text or edit existing text in a title clip.
