I used composite to combine the first and the second video track.

Now, I want to use also additional transitions, like wipe. But I cannot choose it.

Is it impossible to use composite and other transitions at the same time?

You cannot use two transitions simultaneously. But the composite transition supports wipe files, you should see the settings in the properties page of the transition.
