Hello, hoping someone familiar with the proper use of the "regionalize" effect would offer a tutorial or post a link (obvious google results yielded nothing helpful). Is this effect designed to localize any other effects (such as contrast, brightness, etc.) to a particular coordinate area of the frame? Is it keyframeable to different locales to track a moving area across a timeline? If either is true, it would be great to see exactly how it works.
