I am attempting to place a Title clip over a video clip that already has a .png water mark with affine transition on it. The result is that I have to remove the affine transition on the Title clip to get it to appear, which displays the Title clip over a solid color background. I would like to have the Title clip display over the watermarked video as the background.

My tracks I am attempting are as follows:

- Title Clip
-- affine
==Video 2==
- .png watermark (translucent background)
-- affine
==Video 3==
- Primary video clip

Is there another approach or workaround?

Answer: I changed the Transition Type to Composite and accomplished what I desired.
