Hi,
not sure how to describe it right. I would like to apply an effect to the result of the composite of several lower layers. E.g.: 1 have 4 layers: 1: Title which shows a name 2: PNG as background for the title 3: Talent in front of green screen 4: Background image I would like to send the result of the composite of these 4 layers through a slight blur to get a more cinematic look. Is there a way to do this in KDEnLive? -S |

You can add effects to the whole track just by dragging the effect from the effects list to the left side off the track (the place where you can switch on/off audio, video....)

Instead of applying the same effect to all tracks, you could finish your project without bluring, then import the kdenlive project file into a new project. It will be shown in one track on the timeline. Then apply the blur effect to only once and render.

That is a little bit complicated but VERY cool! It actually also solves another challenge I had where I want to present scenes from a movie in the mentioned green screen setting...
Thanks! That doen's really help with the mentioned issue but it makes color correcting and grading the main movie much easier as I have interwoven DSLR and GoPro footage. |
