Has anybody managed to achieve something similar to the After FX datamosh effect under KDEnlive?

Apparently you can pull off something similar with avidemux but it'd be nice to get some glitchy fx like this using KDEnlive.

I am not aware of any Kdenlive effects like this one.

This looks a lot like a "lost" MPEG decoder, after a missing (or garbled) "I" frame or something similar.
