Hello,

It seems that there is an issue with effect parameter processing for most of Color correction effects. Plugins ignore slider adjustments.

Kdenlive Version 0.9.10, Using KDE Development Platform 4.13.3, Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

Steps to retro:
1) Import any video clip
2) Add a clip to timeline
3) Apply Color correction/Brightness effect
4) Set brightness to 500. Result: Project monitor shows blank black screen
Set brightness to 1000. Result: Project monitor shows blank white screen
Set brightness to 999. Result: Project monitor shows blank black screen

So, the Brightness effect ignores brightness slider adjustments. When parameter is set to 1000, effect sets maximum value (e.g. full brightness). When parameter is set to value less than 1000, effect sets minimum value (e.g. black screen).

The same issue applies to other effects, such as RGB adjustment, SOP/Sat. The similar issue applies also to curve controllers, e.g. Levels effect (check Gamma parameter), Bezzier curves effect, etc.
