Kdenlive in Fedora 22 has fewer transitions in Ubuntu

why in the fedora 22 kdenlive version 0.9.10 has fewer transitions of options in Ubuntu?
at least I was realized WHAT may have less outroas things too, in my fedora he only has 7 transitions and simple.

Try and find it in your package manager. PackageKit ?

How did you get Kdenlive itself installed?
Because the manual says "RPM packages are not yet maintained in an official branch, so you must go through an unofficial repository such as RPM Fusion or packman. Follow the site's recommendations to make them available "

This info might be out of date of course.

But you should find frei0r in the same repository that you find Kdenlive

already have fusion repository installed, so there I ran the command:

sudo dnf install kdenlive

have searched and can not find a way to install the frei0r in fedora 22, is not available in RPM Fusion.
