Deleting a custom effect?

Could some kind explain how to delete a custom effect?
A simple right click, selecting 'Delete effect' doesn't seem to work...

If you're using 15.12.x then this is a bug. I've reported it a week ago and it has been fixed. To manually delete a custom effect look for an XML file of the same name in $HOME/.local/share/kdenlive/effects or so.
