I'm from Germany so please don't mind me for my english skills.

The thing I wanted to aks is if anyone knows how I can do a "Transition" (I don't know if you can call this a transition) between a clip with slowmotion and a clip with normal speed. If i just set the speed of the first clip to 50% and the next clip has normal speed there is a very "hard" cut. How can I make this transition between this two clips smoother?

It depends on what you intend this transition to be? A gradual speedup or a fade or a blend?

helix, what you want to do will be available in future. The guys are implementing beziere curves for effects that will allow to smoothly change speed (for example) within your range. Unfortunately the speed effect does not allow keyframes at all right now. So, today you have to work around this and create very short clips and give them 100, 90, 80, 70, 60 and 50 percent of speed. The shorter the clips and the smaller the percent steps are, the better the result will be - but it's really some WORK around.
