Line of pixels on Affine and Composite transitions

Hello,

Since a recent change of desktop, I've switched from Kdenlive 0.9.10 to 16.04.2. Of the several issues I had, my biggest is this one, for which I've still haven't found any workaround: see for yourself.

The lines below the two pictures used here aren't in the original files. Same for the little black one on the right of the blue buildings.
I thought this would only appear on the preview, but unfortunately it's still here after rendering. Worse: it's blinking.

These lines appear on all fixed images I use, and even some KDEnLive title, when I use Affine or Composite transitions. I initially thoughts it was a problem with SVG files, but rendering them into PNG doesn't change a thing. I also tried several rendering configuration with no success.
For the pixels on the right, it appears to be the pixels of the very left of the image repeating themselves.

My guess so far is that I'm missing librairies, or have an issue with the versions of some. I'm working on Lunix Mint 18 (Cinnamon Edition), which is based on Ubuntu 16.04. I've so far installed all the ones listed in this page.
Or is it a known KDEnlive issue ? I haven't been able to find someone having this problem, but I might be using the wrong vocabulary… I'm completely oblivious to what can cause this error, and if it has a proper name.

Anyway, as you can imagine, this is slightly annoying, and practically makes the software unusable for me if I want to make correct videos. So help or advice would be very appreciated. :)
