I would like to use Kdenlive to edit a stopmotion video
However, when I set to 00:00:00:01 the default image duration in "configure kdenlive" it seems not to read the command.
in the project bin section I see the right duration, but when I bring everything on the timtable the default duration of each pic is 8:20 (I cannot figure out where does this come from)

what can I do?

We used to have a stopmotion mode in Qt4 version (Kdenlive 0.9.10) but we haven't ported that module yet.
If you don't use Kdenlive for other projects maybe installing that old version might be a good solution (through apt pinning if you are on debian/ubuntu).
I think we will resurrect that function within a few month, but for the moment we are focused at stabilizing 16.08 version.
