I's like to have a long vertical image start at the top for about 20 seconds and then scroll down for the rest of the video. This was quite simple in previous versions however a regression seems to have popped up. Any more than 2 key frames in pan and zoom seem to complete remove the effect from the video.

I'm using 16.04.3 on the latest version of Manjaro.
