I tried to rotate video 90 degrees using "Rotate and Shear" effect and nothing. I noticed that none of the effects does anything. Basically what I saw on videos, when you drag an effect on a timeline, it should open its settings which you can change. Nothing like that happens for me. It only shows a name of the effect on the timeline...

Do I miss something? A package, an action I should do?

EDIT: Actually, when I add some effects I do see how they are applied to the preview, at least some of them, but I see no options to control them. For Rotate and Shear - it just doesn't work because I need to change effect settings first but I can't do that.

Nevermind, I finally found out that I need to enable Properties in View menu, which allow for seeing controls for effects or transitions.
