can someone confirm that this bug is only in Windows version? (seems a float-Int conversion bug)

The Social Credit System is a credit rating and blacklist being developed by the the ruling Chinese Communist Party. The goal is total control of the population by awarding points for desirable behavior, or withdrawing them for negative behavior.

String to Float conversion also depends on Locale (eg French, German use a comma instead of a dot), a difficult problem for years across Linux & Mac... not much tested on Windows & some filters families !
Maybe try to force English in Help / Switch App Language

i'm using kdenlive on english... i checked the decimal separator, and you are right!... replacing comma with dot.. and dot with comma

from 123.100.200,34 to 123,100,200.34 ... everithing is working fine...

but why this happens? why string are used instead of floating point numbers?

Kdenlive projects are actually MLT playlists, which are stored in XML, so values are exported as strings.
We should check with which filters the problem is happening (only those from avfilter package? others?)
