Hello, I'm trying to switch to Kdenlive as my main video editor. There's a "Push" transition on Adobe Premiere I like a lot: the incoming video literally "pushes" the outgoing one to the side of the screen while it slides in. It is similar to the included "Slide" transition, the main difference is that not only the incoming video slides in, but at the same time the outgoing video slides out. I hope I described it well, it is a pretty common transition and I think most of you can figure out what I'm talking about. Does something similar exist for Kdenlive? Maybe you can download some "plug-in" transition?

you can use 2 "slide" (automatic settings) ... or 2 "composite" (manual settings)
cut 2 small parts of the videos to make sure the composite/slide can be correctly placed for the amount of "push" time make sure to set the track of the 2 composites/slide to "BLACK" to not create the "Matrioska effect" (effect on effect) |
