I can apply both freeze and flippo effects to a clip separately.
But if I try both at the same time, only one applies.
I have tried different order of the effects, but no positive results: only one of them is applied.

Does it happen to you?
I use KDEnlive Version 17.04.3 in Linux Mint 18.3.
