I have some footage of me heading towards the Sun. The effect is creating circular halos around the sun. I tried the same in Vegas and had no such issues. It's similar to how back in the days your would create more "steps" to make it smoother. I have tried reducing the "softness" but when the sun blows the highlights the "steps" are very visible.

Any ideas?
