I clicked the "x" on the properties tab for an effect and now the properties tab doesn't ever come up when I add an effect to a clip, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it back. How do I get the properties tab for effects to show up again?

I tried that, but that only makes it show the clip properties, not the properties of the effect.

Ahh I see. Click on the effect windows on the “i” (top right) and it should appear again on the bottom.

Cant see the properties area either no matter what "View Option" is checked.

Click on an effect and you see a text on the grey area below the effect.
