I have added a slide show clip with several picture with a crossfade
When I play the clip some crossfades work and other does not work.
I don't understand.
The issue come from the pictures ?
They all have the same resolution

I can see the issue on the exported clip (webM format).
Inside the project, if I play the project, there is not the problem

Try with MP4 export. Change the preview in the timeline (top ant left) from High Quality to Preview or Normal.
