The speed change effect is completely broken, but the speed can be changed with a clip job. However, this only seems to work for actual videos, not for mlt files, such as stabilized clips. Likewise stabilizing a clip only works for actual videos, not for speed-changed mlt files. So how can one change the speed of a stabilized clip? Maybe by editing the mlt file directly?
