I have a webcam video track, but I want to add a border to it, I have the video resized with transformed and a 80% Size. But now I want to add a border around the webcam, is there a way to add a border. I see a background, but not sure if its possible to do emulate this border.

I am on KDEnlive Version 18.08.3

Put the 80% webcam video on video2. Put a color clip on video1 (below the webcam video).
