I installed kdenlive version 18.12.0 windows 64bit. unfortunately effect doesn't work on preview panel or render?

Which effect do you mean?
LADSPA, vid.stab, and others are not ported for Windows 18.12 so far.

Tested with version 18.12.1. Effect works. Do you use version 18.12.1 from here: https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-18.12.1.exe with the installer?

I installed this version but many effect like blur and contrast doesn't not works.

Strange. Which Windows version do you have? Try with the steps described here: https://userbase.kde.org/Kdenlive/Manua ... ring_crash “Qt rendering crash” and “Any critical bug”. Make sure you set processing thread to 1.

It seems you use an Arabic keyboard setting. The number in the blur effect could be 920. If I switch Kdenlive to Arabic the blur effect doesn’t work. This is a language bug.

Can you test the following: change your keyboard language to English and test again.

I changed windows language setting and it solved.
