Hello,
some months ago was "Project Bin" suddenly attached to other index card/ riders "transitions" , "effects", "properties". I want it as standalone window again. I don't find any function / option to make it a standalone again. Please help!

Left click on the red marked tab (project bin) and hold the mouse button. Now you can move away the project bin as you like.

that doesn't work with my kdenlive! Version 17.04.3 . I already tried all that stuff. Every mouse button tested! No reaction to any mouse button, no right-mouse-button menu! Tested with all tabs, always the same. A bug in 17.04.3 ?

At other places right-/left-mouse click works. I'm making many videos since many years with kdenlive. Other functionality works.

Maybe I have to make free place for that standalone windows first??

Kdenlive 17.04.3 is not supported anymore. I tested with 18.12 and yes I can drag/move the project bin between two window and it creats a space where I can drop it.

Try with appimage18.12 or with the new Kdenlive appimage 19.04 to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/. If the problem/issue doesn't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging.
