I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to do a "transition" like this. Where the video rapidly flips between two different video tracks.

At 35 seconds, the video shows the girl in the water and alternates between her, and the company logo. I could chop this up manually, but at 1/10th of a second on each track, I'd have to make 20 cuts to do this for a 2 second duration. Is there an effect or transition that will let me put in some parameters and it will flip between them automatically?

it's a nice effect, on past i have to bulid it by myseft (cutting frames manually) .. i think there is not (yet) an automatic way to do that.

That's disappointing, but good to know, as I could have wasted a lot of time trying to find such an effect.
