There is no "Vertigo" effect in my kdenlive effect list. Was it renamed (like Po0file) or removed or something?

looking at chaneg log.. the effect was blacklisted on 19.04 because the output was a black screen..

Thank you for clearing this out. Honestly, I was just frustrated that Vertigo and some other effects were mentioned in tutorials, but don't work as described there (or at all, in case of Vertigo).

Either tutorials should be updated, or effects returned/fixed.

Vertigo is a nice effect, maybe a developer can try again if the output "now" is correct...

I made a comment in the EXCEL table.
Which other effects we should look at as well?

Just tried the vertigo.dll on windows.. and again... just a black screen
