I have a SVG graphic clip (arrow) that I wrote some text on.
It has a Position/Zoom filter to shrink/position it,
and a transform to fade it in/out with keyframes, also a Text effect.

If I copy paste it, I have to re-do all the keyframes to move it somewhere else on the screen because of the fade effect.
Is there any easier way to do this?

Also is there a way to add a transparent color clip, so I can write text on the screen wherever I want? I don't want to apply the text to an existing clip,
I want a blank clip that I can stretch/shrink easily and then copy/paste. I know I can cut clips, but I I want an independent clip for the text.

Thanks.

Also I see there is fade from black which could help a lot against having to keyframe opacity, but I need fade from Transparent??.. how can I do that.

Transparent color clip: use a title clip.
Fade from Transparent: add a transparent title clip (A title clip without anything on it).
