Hi,

I display some images and fade them in and out (so it does not look too jarring), but they don't fade in from black, but first appear with the whole picture torn diagonally (looking more like all the pixels are shifted horizontally in every line). This only happens when I use a composite and transform effect on it. Even when using the defaul settings for composite and transform, it still happens. Please see attached pic. Is this a regression bug?

do you have a sample (image) to make some tests? (i'm using 19.12.1 on Windows and i never see this strange distortion... and i'm using fading on images)
