i'm new in the video mounting filed and i'm here so i can learn first many stuff and then, one day, i could be useful to others.

my first question:
i installed Kdenlive in 2 computers but in both i cannot find this effect.
As you can see the search cannot find anything

to change speed of a clip just press the CTRL key and grab an edge of the clip.. you can change speed using directly mouse

or... if you want to produce directly a clip with changed speed.. use the speed JOB directly on project bin section (right mouse button.. clip jobs .. duplicate with speed change)

Noticed you can't slow it down (on mine anyway) by Ctrl drag seems like it will only go left (increase speed).
Also noticed you can right click on video and select Change Speed. But you can't type in a number there allow use scroll arrows but can go faster and slower there.

this was fixed on latest nigthly builds (also the CTRL+MOVE was changed and now has a different effect, no more red-box)
