I have hybrid notebook
Intel + nvidia
and CUDA package
ffmpeg snap pack
where are the transitions?

there are effects and compositions ... if you need some sort of "transition" between 2 clips you have to place the 2 clips on 2 different tracks and select a wipe composition
the fast way to do this is to click on the small circles on bottom corners of the clip. (moving mouse on this point make the circle appear)
