In the list of effects in the "audio" group there is a "LADSPA" effect. When added to an audio clip - it does not have any interface.
Why is he? I thought this to use any LADSPA plugin. I am wrong? I tried to add this plugin and look at Patchbay in Carla in the hope that there will be a port for connecting the plugin, but it turned out to be wrong).
How to use it if it really allows you to use any LADSPA plugins?

Hello,
What is your system, how did you install Kdenlive (&MLT), what are the versions?
Normally LADSPA effects are directly included in the effects list, there is no generic "ladspa" entry.
This one may be the avformat ladspa effect that we normally blacklist so that it doesn't mislead users...

OS: Ubuntu Studio 19.10 64-bit
Kdenlive appimage 19.12.3
KDE Frameworks 5.61.0
Qt 5.12.4 (built against 5.12.4)
The xcb windowing system

PS: Just downloaded the latest version (appimage 20.04.0b) - there is no such effect.

Ah yes, 20.04.0 catched an MLT state in which there were small errors in effects blacklist!

hello,
I am new to Kdenlive 20.12.1 on Manjaro Linux. I too am looking for the graphical user interface for ladspa. Does it exist or do you have to work with the abstract numbers of the sliders. Unfortunately I do not understand so much yet (of Linux).
