Suggestions for Glitch0r effect

I have these suggestions for Glitch0r:

  • Support for keyframes to increase/decrease glitch parameters gradually
  • Ability to limit glitching speed (not to be confused with glitch frequency), the amount of times a glitch appearance changes.
  • Ability to set the angle of the glitch
