So, Im new using kdenlive, and Im trying to make a short clip to share with my friends, nothing important, just a joke. And Im trying to put some text and I was wondering if is there any way to anchor it or somehow attach the text to a moving point.
What I mean is that the text doesn't stay in the same fixed point on the screen, I want to make it advance during the clip. Dunno if it's possible, but if anyone has a clue it would really help. PS: Sorry in advance for my english, I know it's not perfect and maybe you don't understand me. |

I am using 20.08.0 in a Windows 10 system. The new motion tracker effect behaves weirdly.
First, a track effect seem to affect at least the display of the frame shape. For example, I use a greyscale effect across the track and the frame shape arrow is displayed only in shades of grey. Secondly, once I leave the clip with the effect and come back to it the frame shape as moved to another position in the preview monitor. It still moves according to the analysis (i.e. is tracking correctly) but is in a different position. Every time i play back the clip, leave it and come back to it the frame shape has moved (in my case always further to the right). Thirdly (and this is the most annoying), I only managed to get the "copy data" button to show up once. Any further attempts to use the motion tracker resulted in the button to not appear at all. Once I click on analyze a job is started but once it finishes the effect settings window shows the message that the effect is in preview mode. Even after closing KDEnlive and starting it again the button doesn't come back. Any help would be appreciated.
