Speed effect

Hello,

according to older tutorials on Youtube there used to be a "speed effect". I would like to render a video with time lapse.
Is the "speed effect" still implemented and I just can't find it or is there a different effect for time lapse now?

Right-click on the clip in the timeline and select "Change Speed"
