Hi, I have seen vloggers' name appear animatedly at the start of a video. It will be mostly a white bar with some decoration and text in the middle. Are they created using Inkscape and placed over a video ? But how animate it, as in " shine " moving from one end to another ? Thanks.

or maybe they have payied the 200+ sites that create animations for vlogger?
on my videos i taken animations from free templates on youtube (there are some with greenscreen) and i added the name using kdenlive and titler tool.. but ... this is just a poor way... i think that using blender is the best option to create a cool animated texts+images (something professional)
