SOLVED! Typewriter will be included with 21.08.3 again!

Hi,
effect "typewriter" of Rafal Lalik was thrown out in 21.08.2 for ubuntu 20.04! I need it urgently! A message of kdenlive tells me, that the effect is thrown out when I try to load my projects.
There is another "typewriter" in kdenlive to make "nice" fonts, thats not what I mean. I want to display one char after the other of a sentence or a word.

I downgraded to 21.08.1 by repository , thanks to Vincent Pinon maintainer of ubuntu release.
