Blurriness in the source files is very difficult if not downright impossible to fix. There is a Sharpen filter/effect that you can play with but I am afraid you will be disappointed.
Just search for "sharpen" in the effects list and drag it into the clip you want to sharpen. Then select the clip and fiddle with the settings of the effect/filter in the effects stack window.
