How do I scale every keyframe of a motion tracker effect?

Here's my conundrum: my motion tracker effect only tracks correctly if I make the shape smaller than I would like. If I make it too big, it doesn't follow the movement correctly. I have tried all the algorithms available. This shape is an ellipse used as an opaque face censor, so I can't leave it too small. How can I make an opaque ellipse move exactly like the motion tracker effect, but some % larger in size?

Right now you can't do that :( on past i have used some PNG images (you can choice the size) to cover faces..
the only way is to track a more-large area (and this create a more-large ellipse)

there are also some "tricks" to use keyframe coords to generate custom covering effects... ( https://youtu.be/0AXNfIUKBj8 )
