2 o 3 years ago i found an effect (maybe now deprecated) to add a video echo to clip (2 or more delayed frames overlapping the clip)
any idea on what is the name? (some kind of effect like you are hitted on games)

It's a really cool effect, sometimes depending on the proposal I also use a combination of Pillar Echo:



But this one doesn't give us a delay, only the overlap
