Hello,

I am completely new to all of this. Today I installed Ubuntu 24 and KDenLive 22.08.3-x86_x64.

I can open KDenLive with no problems and everything seems to be just fine. However, Motion Tracking is not in the effects menu.

I tried searching on google and found multiple possible solutions. I tried several of them and Motion Tracking is still not an option for some reason.

Like I said, I am completely new to Linux (Ubuntu) and KDenLive so feel free to explain things to me like I am three years old...

Does anyone have any ideas why Motion Tracking would be missing and what steps I might take to fix this 'problem'?
